The fundamental aim of this project is to present unique groups of young artists from regions of the world affected by various tragedies - natural disasters, political conflicts, homelessness and poverty as well as to show that art gives the chance for these children to overcome traumatic experiences and break free of destructive limitations. We believe this to be an important step towards shaping the future of the participants of the project and their communities. During Brave Kids we would like to present the world’s cultural diversity to the citizens of Wroclaw and international audience thus encouraging tolerance and their openness to one another.
>>Join the exceptional Brave Kids - educational program for kids from all over the world! Children from Uganda, Zimbabwe, Norway, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Tanzania, Poland, China, Israel, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Romania will be staying in Poland from 20th of June till 9th of July 2012. In order to accomplish such a brave project we need support in various fields. We are looking for host families, sponsors and fund-raisers. Brave Kids can also be supported by financing children’s meals, visas or flights.
If you are a group of kids doing art and would like to join us in next edition, please contact us. We want to hear about you no matter where you're from!
